He makes mention of Obama's unethical fundraising tactics:

[Obama] used his unprecedented ability to raise money by breaking his promise to take federal funds and by disabling the address verification system that would have screened out many illegal credit card contributions.

Once all the facts are known, this will be a major scandal. Mark my words.
