Is this the ad that will win the election for Romney?
It is in Team Romney's best interests to run this ad heavily in battleground states during programs that have a high female viewership.

Political donations by NFL team for the 2011-2012 election cycle
Now that both election season and the NFL's regular season are underway, it's the perfect time to take a look at the intersection of professional football and politics. Using the handy Fundrace search tool, it is possible to look up political donors by employer. Fundrace only includes donations of $200 or more, so smaller donations do not appear. What follows is a list of all political donations from the employees of each of the NFL's 32 teams for the current election cycle (the only donations excluded are those for Gridiron PAC, the NFL's nonpartisan political action committee)...

When a hurricane hits a heavily populated area, it is no laughing matter. But some liberals are enjoying the news anyway.

Why Mitt Romney will win Iowa
Democrat Barack Obama won Iowa handily in 2008, but polls show a much closer race this time around. Those polls, coupled with an analysis of Iowa's voter registration data, offer some very encouraging news for Obama's Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

GOP governors considerably more diverse than their Democratic counterparts
Contrary to the oft-repeated media narrative that the Republican Party is not inclusive, there are actually more female Republican governors than female Democratic governors, and considerably more minority Republican governors than minority Democratic governors.

Obama's Race-Based Spoils System
A taste of the latest Pat Buchanan column:
African-Americans are hardly underrepresented in the U.S. government.
Though only 12 percent to 13 percent of the U.S. population, blacks hold 18 percent of all federal jobs. African-Americans are 25 percent of the employees at Treasury and Veterans Affairs, 31 percent of State Department employees, 37 percent of the Department of Education, 38 percent of Housing and Urban Development. They are 42 percent of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., 55 percent of the Government Printing Office, 82 percent of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency.
According to The Washington Post, blacks hold 44 percent of the jobs at Fannie Mae and 50 percent of the jobs at Freddie Mac.

Is Obama Finished?
We are fourteen and a half months away from the presidential election, but the question needs to be asked: Is Obama already a lame duck?

Hilarious sentence in an article on Newt's presidential campaign
A former aide said the differences mainly involved the staff view that Gingrich should campaign heavily in the early primary states and Gingrich's view that he should instead go on a Greek cruise with his wife.
